Yerba Buena Gardens, San Francisco California, October 20, 2002.
Some video clips and photos I edited together from a visit to Yerba Buena Gardens in Downtown San Francisco, he in California. The segment at the end where you see the Oakland San Francisco Bay Bridge is from my town of Alameda near the former Navel Air Station located across the estuary from the Oakland Shipyards facing the cargo crains used to load cargo on board the cargo ships, which do have a passing resemblance to the ATAT Walkers from Star Wars the Empire Strikes Back. The video was shot on a JVC GR-VDL820U Mini DV (Digital Video) camera, which recorded digital video to mini video tapes, could either record still clips to the video tape, or one mega pixel images to a SD card. How far we have come in 15 years, being ale to shoot 1080P, 2K, and 4K video along with very high resolution photos on our cell phones, resulting in the decline of point and shot cameras, and the explosion of people taking photos and videos.
